How To : Relieve Stress

Assalamualaikum... Hello everyone

This is simplest way I did to cope with stress

~ Have a shower
~ Hearing music with a loud volume, and of course a earphone.
~ Running ( But I'll be inviting mild asthma attack because of this )
~ Harsh diet
~ Isolating myself
~ Sleep

P/S : This is some bad idea actually but its work for me.
